Black Diamond Restaurant

Black Diamond Bar and Restaurant offers fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating areas and ambience in abundance.  Lead by Head Chef John Sutcliffe, the professional kitchen teams serves up delicious and locally sourced fillet steak, pork belly, duck, fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes.  Daily specials on offer and special tasting menus offered on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Walk ins welcome.  Open from 6pm each evening.

Black Diamond Après Ski Bar

Black Diamond Bar is open to the public every day from 4pm till 10pm.  Located at the bottom of La Bataillette piste, join us for a great après ski with music, friendly service, beer, wine, coffees & soft drinks. New bar menu for 2017 / 2018 will be announced shortly.

Bar Snack Menu – served from 4pm – 6:30pm.

Outdoor South Facing Terrace

Live Après Ski Music on Wednesdays and most Thursdays from 4:30pm.  Music will be OUTSIDE so dress accordingly.
